Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Qualified merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Store Credit: While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit for future purchases. Treat yourself to something special the next time!
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Please note that clearance items, bodysuits, and swimwear are not eligible for returns.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee as we do not provide shipping labels.
Return Process
- Submission: Email us to submit your return request. We’ll review it promptly.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they’re in their original state. Items that are damaged or worn won’t be accepted, and we reserve the right to deny such returns.
- Store Credit: After approval, you’ll receive an email with your store credit details. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Final Sale Items
- Clearance & Sale: All clearance and sale items are final and not eligible for return.
- Promotional Purchases: Items purchased during promotions, or with a coupon, are also considered final sale.
